The people who would gain the most from CosyDevon are those who are often the hardest to reach.  The involvement of local partners who work in the community is invaluable in helping us reach those people.

By becoming a partner and referring people onto the scheme, organisations could benefit from a financial 'community reward'.

We have made community partner involvement in the scheme as simple and quick as possible, so that you can help vulnerable clients, while adding very little you your workload. Materials are available to help you promote the scheme.
