· Disabled Persons Tax Credits
· Housing Benefit
· Council Tax Benefit (not including single occupancy reduction)
· Child Tax Credit (where the relevant income is less than £16,040)
· Income-based Jobseeker’s Allowance
· Working Tax Credit (where the relevant income is less than £16,040)
· Attendance Allowance
· State pension Credit
· Disability Living Allowance
· War Disablement Pension (which must include mobility supplement or constant attendance allowance)*
· Income related employment and support allowance under the Welfare Reform Act 2007
· Disablement Pension (which includes constant attendance allowance)
