Additonal charges my apply if a property is larger than the average size for the property type, or if vents or scaffolding are required.  Prior to undertaking any work the homeowner/landlord will recieve a written quotation setting out the scope of the insulation work including any additional charges and work will only be carried out when written acceptance has been received by the installer.  Other terms and conditions will be set out in the contract with the appointed installer.  E.ON reserved the right to withdraw this offer at any time.  Offers subject to availablity.
